About the production

We (Mojgan Ghanatgaar & me) created this shortfilm after we sent a concept to the open competition "work in progress", organized by the Shortfilm Agency of Hamburg. We were honored to be one of the eleven people chosen to be sponsored by the Federal Foundation for Culture of Germany in cooperation with german television ZDF/ARTE.

This gave us the opportunity to have our film shown in several cinemas.
It took us a whole summer of work. We both had studied for only one year at the university of arts and design so we had had just a few experience in film and animation. So this was actually our first big step into this crazy world.

We had the requirement to tell the story in less than 90sec. Which was pretty hard for us because the whole story would have needed more time. So this is why the end is told a little bit too fast.
